At Crosswalk, most residents work. The men have weekly chores and are encouraged to do recovery step work. The men who live here are free to come and go as they please. The only requirement is sobriety.

Crosswalk Recovery House is designed for men who have an honest desire to stay sober and find “a new freedom and a new happiness” (Alcoholics Anonymous, 4th ed., p. 83). We encourage 12-step work as outlined in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous, and men in the house are available to take residents through the steps directly from the Big Book.

At Crosswalk, we believe that the moment you walk through the doors, you become part of the family. Founder and owner, Dominic, is hands-on and actively involved in every aspect of the house and community.
In addition to the family meal and recovery meeting held every Tuesday night, residents regularly spend time together outside the house through shared activities, day trips, and overnight trips. At Crosswalk, we believe the sense of brotherhood formed here extends far beyond sobriety and continues long after a resident leaves the house.

There is an intake fee of $150.00 that includes a urine test. The rent for residents is $210.00 a week.

Absolutely. Referrals can come from anyone who knows a man who desires to stay sober and is in need of a recovery house setting.
